Glenn takes inspiration from Nouvelle cuisine and applies innovative techniques on common ingredients. Having honed his skills at a private diner, he loves exploring new ingredients and strives to bring seasonal produce to you.
He hopes to change your mindset on the ordinary as he takes his own spin on modern cuisine.
Joelle specialises in fusion food and brings her eastern expertise into pomme. She finds joy in elevating homely food and creating dishes from her memories.
Having worked with starred chefs of different cultural backgrounds, she wants to take you on a culinary journey and bring different food cultures to your plate.
Theodora specialises in French entremets and chocolate art, bringing her culinary expertise in pastry from the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.
She flaunts her innovative flair in creating unique and well-finessed petit gateaux to all who enjoy them. She hopes to bring flavours and ideas from all over the world onto your table!
Abigail aspires to be a chef with no boundaries, stemming from her experience in various establishments; learning from senior chefs who gave her the opportunity to assist in the Global Chefs Challenge 2022.
She elates in sharing her personal creations for all to enjoy and aims to subtly pair unexpected flavours to create unique desserts!
